Welcome Pack
A complimentary pack is provided for your arrival and consists of the following items:
Fresh milk, tea, coffee, sugar, juices for children, biscuits, fresh flowers and high quality toiletries.
Beds, Bedlinen and Towels
All beds are made up for your arrival with high quality bedlinen and all beds have luxury sprung mattresses.
Flexible bed arrangement in the second bedroom. Upon request, the twin beds can be converted to a superking size bed.
A set of three fluffy white towels per guest are provided plus three tea towels and a kitchen and WC hand towel.
We use goose down duvets and a mix of duck or goose down and synthetic pillows on each bed. If you have an allergy to feathers please contact us so that we can arrange for synthetic alternatives.
Fully Inclusive
Your Ceolwulph Cottage rental includes heating and hot water, electricity, gas, hand soap, washing up liquid, washing up cloth, sponge scourer, surface cleaner and other general cleaning products, cling film, kitchen foil, salt, pepper and other basic condiments, toilet rolls (6 rolls), washing powder (2 tablets), dishwasher powder (approximately 7 tablets).

For children we provide the following:
Stairgates. We have fixed gates, one at the top and one at the bottom of the stairs plus one portable stairgate that can be fitted to a door frame as required.
A travel cot, highchair, toilet seat, potty, toilet step and a baby listening monitor
A selection of toys, books and games for children of all ages
Playstation 2 games console and a selection of games
A few buckets and spades
A children’s ‘Dressing up Trunk’ containing a selection of outfits for younger children to ‘pretend and play’
Cot bedding. Sheets and blankets for the travel cot are available for hire
Please note that some items need to be requested on the online booking form so that we can set them up ready for your arrival

We provide free Wi-Fi internet access but please note that we cannot always guarantee that it will be available or run at the speed that you are used to obtaining as this is subject to the service provider.
Pets
We welcome up to two well behaved dogs that are over 1 year old and fully house trained. All pets are allowed downstairs only. Please read our booking conditions prior to booking.
On arrival your pet is provided with a dog treat, a bowl of fresh water and two dog towels to use during their stay. We have an outside tap and bucket in the garden area should you require them.
Some attractions in the Northumberland area may not allow dogs into their properties, so should you wish to visit such an attraction we offer a dog sitting service. We would need advance notice to make arrangements to engage the dog sitter. Payment for this service is direct to the dog sitter. Please ring to discuss or to arrange.
Outdoors
A patio with table and chairs, parasol, BBQ, two sun-loungers. An enclosed garden with a small lawn area and a flower and shrub border. A lockable shed for bicycle storage – please ring to discuss possible storage if bringing more than two bicycles.
Directions and Key Collection
Following full payment and acceptance of our booking terms and conditions, we send the directions and key collection instructions to you. We have a key safe arrangement which allows for flexible arrival and departure times should you wish to arrive later or depart earlier than the standard times.
